The Back in the Saddle Ride – On-Call Ride
For those of you that have been off the bike for a while and looking for a great ride to get started again, this is for you. If you’re beginning a training plan for a race, this is for you. Or if you just want a good casual ride join us. Please note I am on-call from my other job and may get pulled out of the ride if work pages or calls.
Saturday, March 25th at 8:00 AM we’re doing the ‘Back in the Saddle Ride’. The plan is to go about 12-13 MPH for the first 13 miles and then pick up the pace just a little to about of 15-16 mph for the remainder of the ride. This is a no-drop ride meaning we will wait for you if you get caught at a stop light and will have someone there if you get a flat.
Feel free to bring a guest and/or forward this to a friend.
This is a very flat ride with options for distances of 14, 33 or 47 miles. There will be a stop at the cars after each distance.
