Hey all,
As many of you know I consider myself a No Meat Athlete. I’m not a Vegetarian or Vegan. I eat eggs, cheese, ice cream, and other dairy products. Occasionally eat meat and chicken and I love wings with pizza.
Main staples in my diet include; pasta, bread and grains, cheese, nuts, greek yogurt, legumes, fruit, vegetables, and pea protein, I try to stay away from soy-based products but do eat some of the Morning Start products from the grocery store. I do not eat ToFu.
